The Office for Health Improvement & Disparities (formerly Public Health England) have published a handbook illustrating good practice around three areas: Challenge Service (C), Leadership (Lea) and Results (R) to help Local Priorities. Hull took part in a CLeaR assessment for both tobacco control and alcohol examining local information, services, leadership and results.
