How to report an outbreak of an infectious disease in your establishment
If you need to report an outbreak of an infectious disease in your establishment (for example, nursery, school, or care home) please do not contact us.
You need to contact the your local Health Protection Team which in our local area is the Yorkshire and the Humber Health Protection team:

How to report other health-related problems
If you have a complaint relating to food safety problems such as hygiene of a shop, takeaway, restaurant or food factory, etc, problems relating to noise, or problems relating to littering or bin collections, please do not contact us.
You need to contact other departments within Hull City Council who are responsible for these problem areas.
